Garbage. You don't have to put up with it anymore.

PSA from New York in the 1970's. Let's bring this current and apply it to Egypt in 2010. Egypt, let's clean up Cairo. Please don't litter.

    If only this can be translated to Arabic and runs on every TV channel in Egypt every hour every day every year . . . then Egypt may have a slight chance of cleaning up the whole country.
    There's just a total absence of "civic-ness".
