My husband would always just feed his dog what he ate... probably not the best diet, but it worked for him.&lt;br /&gt;He did draw the line at cannibalism... a cousin had a chicken (I can&amp;#39;t remember WHY) and apparently one day, they were eating chicken and the cousin gave some to his chicken to eat!
